While UpWork has a pretty diverse list of work I’ve found the most success with direct relationships. Meaning, most of the jobs offered on UpWork are written up and dealt with by assistants or interns. When that happens it takes a lot more time to get something done and really the edits end up like you’re playing a game of telephone and don’t actually reflect the best work or the best copy just minor adjustments for the sake of adjusting. But let me get off my soapbox.

I submitted for this job because it sounded wholesome and like something I’d done before so I was confident I could get something out really quickly, they also needed a quick turnaround of I believe 48 hours. I got it done in 24. It was a business magazine feature, the company had been interviewed before in places like Forbes so I had some source material to pull from and began my pulling.

I won’t explain too much of what the company is besides that it’s a fashion/clothing company. They really loved the work and used it for something, not sure what.
